So the year winds down and another kicks into gear. I'm actually going out this year to hit the town and have some fun welcoming in 2009. My hope, prayer and wish is that 2009 is better than previous years.

At least I'm sober while I write this... heheh

Last year was fun at times, annoying at others. I met new friends and lost old... which happens in life, really.

I'm also not one for putting thoughts in journals like this... but here I am on the ragged edge, to steal from Serenty.

I have alot of cool stuff that's coming down the pike... I have no idea where 2009 will take me... will I find the love of my life? Or will I be alone for another year? Will I be discovered as an actor, writer or colorist? Or will I fade into the unknown... Most of that depends on me, really.

I have come upon several truths in the last year. 1. You need to believe in something... be it a god, the flying spagetti monster or that bowl of Jello over there. Having something to help you be a good person, will help you be a good person to people around you and a better member of society. Family, religion, and society may all factor in on this, but it comes down to you, making the decision to be a good person.

2. Everything that happens in your life happens because of one person. You. All the good, all the bad is good and bad because you allow it to be. Period. There is no point to blaming it on other people, forces, or freaks of nature... you are at fault.

3. That's about it really...

So.. in 2009, my plans are to win the lottery, tour the world and build my castle... most likely in the order... if that doesn't happen, then there is always next year.
